It shouldn't without you asking, but technology is hacks upon hacks upon ill-advised ideas that sounded good once in the 90s, so it might not. You also might accidentally give your phone permission to run said virus, because you fat-fingered it or are tired (which you probably are in a situation you might encounter an unknown USB charger).
