This is precisely the reason I've been putting off medical care. I really need to get my gut looked at, but no way in hell can I afford the appointments, even with insurance. I needed stitches a few years ago, and with insurance I got billed $800 after waiting in the ER for about 7 hours. Luckily I'm not in any pain or discomfort.
