I looked at a few Chinese language articles, pretty much identical information to the English language ones (but I could have easily missed something). Guess we'll have to wait and see.

She could be detained or she could just be keeping quiet of her own volition. Zhang might be under investigation or might not be. China usually isn't very transparent with this stuff. The only thing that's clear is China is suppressing any rumors about it online.
