    I had a conversation years ago with some former friends who worked the convention circuit where they all started talking about how they should organize with some of the others to make sure management couldn't pit them against each other and take advantage of them and it was like "Yes, you guys should 100% unionize!!!"

    ....all of a sudden it was like the bubble was burst and suddenly everyone was like "well we don't mean...ew....not like....that....more like....a club or something..." and then it petered out. People are heavily conditioned against openly identifying.
