    How do you even come up with "tofu has no texture"?

    It comes in 4+ textures, and each can take on at least 4 new textures depending on how you cook it.

        Have they tried silk tofu in soup? Drained, pressed, and torn apart and fried? Extra firm tofu marinated and baked? Crumbled, fried, mixed with spices and cheese as a filling?

        Sorry if this is presumptuous, someone says "I don't like the texture of beef", I'm gonna assume like they had a extra rare ribeye once and don't know any better, this is no different.
