The rest of his account is dedicated to being a racist (NSFW) sex pest. Lots of all caps "bby u wan sum fuk", aggressively demanding names, has this thing with /r/cumtributes where he hates seeing penises in his JO Crystal club.

The age might be off on second glance. There seem to be a few people with that specific full name ranging from their 40s-60s. His medium account has an undated photo that puts him somewhere in the low-middle of that range but I can't link that photo to any other profile.
I find it difficult to imagine any fed would use a real human picture anymore. We can generate them via AI so it just makes sense to use completely made up people.

I could go either way with this one because there are at least two filters on it and the background is too cartoonified to determine if it's autogenerated.
