It isn't the only one. It's intention is to mischaracterize BDS and make readers think to participate in BDS is to submit yourself to endless abstention from the niceties of life.
BDSGuide is a comprehensive list of companies and products one would have to boycott to actually boycott the Jewish state. We provide the most complete list on the internet of companies and products one would have to avoid if boycotting Israel. It serves two functions. First it exposes the hypocrisy of BDS supporters building websites using Wix, an Israeli web service. They create Facebook pages to spread the word even though Facebook has R&D offices in Israel. If you are calling for a boycott, you should follow through on it yourself. The list of companies one has to avoid would make it impossible to navigate in the modern world but it’s a small price to pay if you’re really committed to your cause, right?
BDSGuide also serves to give supporters of Israel a guide to buy from companies that support Israel in one way or another.
I'm sure everyone already knows about shit like this but I'm late to the party.
Unrelated: does anyone know how DDOS attacks work?
DDoS is pretty simple in theory. You get a bunch of network endpoints and send masses of data / requests at some servers (the website you don't like) from them.
Getting those endpoints is usually done by installing viruses on windows computers, i.e. shady shit.
Not true anymore! Now we install them on smart televisions, smart refridgerators, smart toasters and smart lightbulbs. Smart things!
There's a shit load of easy targets now and they will stay easy targets until widescale security regulations catchup mandating required levels of security in these products.
Aww nice my refrigerator's gonna help take down Google Docs
