There's a new link on everyone's profile with "Get this user help" that probably links to suicide hotlines somehow (Don't know, haven't clicked on it), they probably spam that.
They do. You then get a PM from reddit with several resources related to suicide prevention. Source: have been targeted with the same harassment approach by CHUDs myself. That single PM is the only consequence I'm aware of though. And you can block them.
