When I finish it, all 8 cubes with light up independently so I can mix and match light needs. The cubes are about 1 foot in each dimension.

    microgreens would be extra dope cause you could do 8 trays at a time, rotate through them, and have microgreens all the time to put on everything

      I actually happen to have some broccoli sprouting seeds on hand, those will probably work. 10" x 10" grow mats seem like a perfect use of the space!

    We just got some hydro lettuce greens going, and let me tell ya-lettuce rules. It’s great to mow them down to a stump and know they’re coming back

    But lettuces are pretty thirsty, might be too annoying for non-hydro

    I’m kinda wondering about squash or cucumbers for your boxes, just cause they stay so short. You might get cucumber tentacles reaching down to the floor lol
