On December 17, Reuters reported that Amazon CN (China's Amazon domain) was forced to disable the reviews on Xi Jinping's 'The Governance of China', citing 2 anonymous sources.

:reddit-logo: interpreted the article to say that China has forced American Amazon to delete any reviews of the book that are less than 5 stars, only keeping the 5 star reviews.

Since the publication of the article, there have been dozens of fake 1 star reviews posted on 'The Governance of China' on American Amazon.
