Hi comrades and welcome to the second weekly improvement megathread!

I am glad to see that there was a lot of engagement in the first megathread and that people were checking in throughout the week.

Same as the last week, here are some ideas for discussion:

  • Do you want to share something you've done in the previous week? Everything counts, nothing is too small.
  • What would you like to do next week?
  • What aspect of life would you like to improve?
  • Do you have any streaks? For example, "sober for one day." Feel free to post your streak every day in this thread.
  • If you don't have a continuous streak, did you manage to abstain from something for a day or more?
  • Did you come across some useful information or resource that might help others?

    Also, like you don't know me at all, you don't know what I've gone through in my life or any of my circumstances. When you say shit like this it comes off very arrogant, as if you know better than I do for what is working and has worked for my problems.

      It's best to have all your rebuttals in one comment, edited on if needed, rather than replying a bunch of times, as it begins to become harassment at a certain point. Even if I agree with the point you're making.

        Sure got tired of editting my posts didnt mean anything by it

        Edit: i wrote this early as fuck, i do want JohnBrownNote to stick around and try to find some community with us even if they vehemently disagree with everything.
