What's nuts is that the Sonic part of the werewolf game is some of the best stuff in the series. They had a winning formula but instead of making twenty to thirty levels of it they made ten levels of it and added ten levels of a second rate God of War clone.
The original preview was clearly a social media marketing campaign to gey everyone up in arms about a movie nobody otherwise asked for or cared about.

The last movie was the highest-grossing Superhero movie of 2020, the first one in that genre to beat Marvel since 2010. Worldwide it made back over triple its budget, despite its tepid Rotten Tomatoes/Metacritic scores.
They're gonna get paid, lol.
like were it any other brand i would be confused but it is sonic and i expect this kind of weirdness everytime from that damned hedgehog
I haven't watched the trailer (embarrassing behavior tbh) but I think it's a good idea
