Unfortunately there is surprisingly little explicitly leftist punk, and a lot of what exists is pretty mediocre. Just goes to show how easily and quickly counterculture is co-opted. Check out UK anarcho-punk like Crass, Discharge, Napalm Death, and Poison Girls (Poison Girls are awesome). You could also listen to some Riot Grrrl punk, which is not explicitly leftist, but is at least coherently ideological and sometimes has anarchist tendencies. If you are ML think this is all cringe, you're probably out luck. There's some good communist black metal you could check out, or else just go back to blasting the Red Army Choir and Shostakovich's 7th Symphony.

Edit: Oooo, Refused are also pretty Leftist. Listen to Refused. I fucking love Refused

Not sure if they're socialist, but War on Women seem pretty anti-capitalist and are radically feminist (explicitly trans-inclusive).

If you're fine with more "mainstream" stuff I would recommend Rise Against - Revolutions per Minute. You can also check out their other stuff and see if you like it or not. Propagandhi - How to clean everything is another good album, as well as their other stuff. The band Against Me is also good. But most of this is considered very "mainstream" in the punk science so you probably know about these already. Also it's not punk, but if you haven't listened or heard it already (you probably have tbh) I also recommend Rage Against The Machine. Again, most of the stuff on this list is very "mainstream" so if you've listened to any of this already just ignore this message.

I've loved Against Me! for a long time, but their first two albums are the most what you're looking for. Reinventing Axl Rose and As the Eternal Cowboy. More anarchist than socialist though.
