It's present on Munekita by Kali Uchis and really heavily on Bizcochito by Rosalia. Mostly in hyper-pop *& reggaeton adjacent tracks. Like specifically the little squeeky sound. I love it so much. IDK if its genre-dependent but I've only heard it on this type of anglo-crossover Latin pop—although Rosalia is a white spaniard who appropriates latin american sounds.
