Wolfenstein Youngblood is supposed to be pretty good, you get to kill Nazis so that's fun. I've also heard it's politics outside of that are trash though.
It feels like left4dead, except the level design and enemy design isn't as good.
Sure, it has better graphics, and its card system that's has possibilities, but tbh I feel like the cards as implemented are pretty pointless.
I mean, if you're a huge L4D fan, you'll probably like it, but as someone who only likes L4D, I actually found it a downgrade in fun, just due to levels and enemies being less tight and balanced.

I just remembered Back4Blood is also very fun.
Both games are on gamepass

It's a modern day Left4Dead, pretty sure it's just a bunch of those devs too.
I played a bunch of it with 3 of my buddies and it's a blast.

Eh, I'll give it a bad review;

The devs have also expressed vocal anti-modding sentiment, which really cuts into the future replayability.
The bad reviews are likely from a recent patch which makes the game run bad for many people. I ran it fine last night.

Knowing nothing about why, I assume it involves tencent somehow?

obligatory crowbcat
Literally the only thing I've heard about Youngblood's gameplay is that all the enemies are bullet sponges, which sounds pretty bad tbh
