      No joke, it is so common to see recipes

      It's not bad or anything, but it was alarming to find that the attempts at being quirky and unique end up coming back to very similar templates

        Because it's quirky in a way that is purposely like that to not put-off any employer.

        Can't be yourself at all in case a hiring manager hates people who play DnD or something very arbitrary.
