Too many people died in our tiny ER this week. ICU patients admitted to med/surg because it's the best we can do. Patients we've tried to keep out of ICU for two weeks dying anyway. This is like nothing I've ever seen.

It's terrifying to think of having a medical emergency right now. I've been generally healthy and lucky before, but now I'm taking extra bandwidth to consider potential dangers with everything i do.
