I still don't understand where this carnivore diet came from? I don't think humans only ever ate just meat unless there is some history that I never learned about it.

    There are ethnic groups that had historically near meat-only diets, mostly peoples living above the arctic circle, on arid steppe and/or at high altitudes.

    The difference is that those groups ate literally all of the animal in order to get the full compliment of nutrients they needed. Organs, bone marrow, blood, etc. Not just the fucking flank steaks Rogan's gonna spend a month choking himself on.
