      It probably will hold up given the current political climate. Non competes are ubiquitous in the US where not banned by law, and the injunction isn't forcing nurses to keep working, it's to forbid them from accepting a new job. So they can still walk off the job and quit, just can't go to this other hospital.

      That's basically what you're gonna see moving forward. More harsh enforcement of non competes against lower level employees, more injunctions if you can show a "pattern" of ex employees going to one particular competitor (could be as few as 10 in a "region"), probably fines and fees around quitting or even lawsuits if you don't give "proper notice".
