People would jump on the coin hoping to ride it from $0.000000001 to $0.0001 before bailing out and leaving bagholders with hopes and dreams of a coin worth $10. Because the price is so low they can get a lot of volume so that incremental jumps in price = a nice payout. Of course the makers of the coin have the most. They spam reddit and Elon tweets endlessly with their shit.
