          No but if the shooter is east of the child and the child is facing west, the earth’s rotation will carry the bullet to the Palestinian child’s head backwards, with the bullet in stationary orbit around the earth. Rest in peace.

      Depends on how you define forward. If, forgetting that the innocent IOF bullet isn't moving, you assume it's got a direction, it'd be forward. But if forward is the child's front-facing side, then the child, in an act of manipulative self-injurious behaviour, as part of asymmetric warfare waged against the totally indigenous people of the region, moved backwards.
