Hey there comrades, I'm so tired of trying to find toothpaste that seemingly doesn't exist. It really doesn't feel like I'm asking all that much. All I want is:
- Vegan
- Contains fluoride (is toothpaste, in other words)
- Not "whitening" (abrasive)
I don't care what flavor, how much it costs, what other horrific cancer-causing compounds it might contain. I literally just want vegan toothpaste that doesn't contain hydrated silica or other abrasives and isn't pretend-toothpaste. Why is that so hard?
This is a hard one because so many vegans are also on an anti-fluoride kick for some reason, even though the science is sound. I've wanted to try Bite.
I saw those as well and they seem pretty cool, but they also contain three different abrasives. And I mean I guess I'm probably not going to find toothpaste without abrasives in the current year because people seem to think that abrading their teeth is actually preferable, specifically seeking out baking soda and charcoal products, even though I've always heard dentists say that that is a bad idea.
imo you might have an easier time finding the toothpaste you want separate from the fluoride, and following with a fluoridated rinse
Nhap isn't pretend toothpaste if you go that option. No flouride though. Just a thought.
