Deep down, I know that the US is evil and will not do anything to stop COVID. But I fucking hate when people talk so casually about it. I don’t give a fuck how “mild” it is. I don’t fucking want it. You should be pissed off and tired that the government is throwing you to the dogs - but no. It’s just a passive shrug. I wouldn’t care as much if I lived by myself, but I live with people who interact with idiots who don’t take precautions because of ego. Fucking hate this shit.

so make sure to get sunlight and maybe take some vitamin D gummies, comrades.

Or do neither. I'd rather not get skin cancer/skin damage, or destroy my body with sugar. Vitamin D pills/capsules FTW! I think they're cheaper than gummies too.

Just get like 15 minutes of direct sun exposure per day, it's not going to give you cancer.

Why when I can just pop a vitamin and get no UV damage? Also it's not just cancer, it's also skin aging which includes a LOT of different types of skin damage that accumulate and become permanent, pigmentation spots, darkening, etc.

Make sure you're also taking vitamin K2 pills, or eating lots of leafy greens. Otherwise that vitamin D3 supplement is wasted.

That applies to Vitamin D from sunlight too, cause your body doesn't get any K2 from sunlight.

If you're on keto, that's like 25% of your daily carb allowance used up, all for a tiny gummy.

Also, I have bad teeth/gums and bad dental genetics. Chewing on a piece of sugar every day will literally give me toothaches and who knows what permanent tooth damage. I know, because I went off keto for holiday deserts around Christmas once. I think it was only for like a week. My teeth hurt for literally months after that. Gummies are ESPECIALLY bad for your teeth cause the gooey stuff sticks to your teeth instead of being washed away by saliva, sticking all that sugar in place to cause prolonged dental damage, which can easily become permanent.
