running torture camps, starving millions with sanctions, bombing entire countries into total collapse, toppling democratically elected governments, massacring natives, destroying the environment in the name of capitalism

America doesn't do any of those things. Some other countries chose to do that to themselves by not accepting Democracy and playing by the rules of the Rules Based International Order.
