No, it's a far right protest. The original cause was that some truckers in Canada could not enter the US due to the US's vaccine requirements, so naturally they protested the Canadian government. This has grown into a swarm of petite-bourgeois in F-350s (the same kind of people who could afford to drop whatever they were doing and go to Jan 6th) and a small number of actual truckers who are attempting to get all vaccine and mask mandates repealed, because they don't think enough people have died of COVID.
:this: the vast majority of the 'protestors' aren't employed as truckers, 85% of Canadian trucker's are vaccinated(achieving parity with the general population), they seem to actually be the usual chud contingent of small business tyrants and others economically stable enough to take time off work for a nice Canadian vacation
Reducing it to "a trucker thing" appeals to libs contempt for working people and lets them avoid reckoning with their own role in creating the conditions for reaction
I don't think it's Flynn. I suspect it's some foreign adversary like Russia or Iran. And I don't know enough to speculate on real to fake.
