Have any of y'all built a Eurorack? I'm thinking about it but a single module can cost over $400 and I'd have to get like 8 to build a moderately flexible rack.
I've messed around with the vcv2 plugin and it's cool as hell. Is there any value to building a real rack other than a kind of boutique novelty if I can run a plugin that does much of the same thing?
undeniably $$$ so imo only consider it if you enjoy the virtual stuff but insist on making the jump to go out of the box
