Probably the Digimon in general part, but unless I hear a riff making reference to that song, it having a sick breakdown is more of a me joke than a general weeb joke. It's more of a punk than hardcore/metal kinda breakdown too

I feel you on that, I had a friend in middleschool who had a breakdown consisting of “DINOSAURS ANCIENT MONSTERS, DINOSAURS ARE THE CHAMPIONS”.
Ironic since the Japanese Digimon opening theme Butterfly genuinely had a pretty sweet albiet brief breakdown
