Therapy is my desired next step. I had a therapist for a year or two for very hard to pin down sexual issues of mine (LMAO LOOKING BACK) and have told him that I'd like to talk even though he has a full client list, even just once, just to hear if this is some insane brain break compared to my previous self, or if this makes sense (it does...this feels too much like waking up out of denial like last time 😑 )
Hopefully you can get there relatively quickly, I know how long the wait can be for mental health stuff sometimes, good luck with everything!
