I have 5 gallon tubs of water that I buy in bulk from a water store. when I go on a bender, I force myself to go through at least half of one a day. I eat vegan pasta that I meal prep in advance and freeze into portions so that I can put them in my toaster oven to warm back up while I teach my cat how to construct IEDs.
