Added some soy sauce and nutritional yeast alongside a basic mirepoix instead of just the onion and bell pepper and it turned out awesome. Great way to use of lots of chickpeas and peanut butter you got lying around.

It's something I've fallen in love with as a great umami booster for vegan dishes.
