Try to keep the chatter contained here, folks.
Comment if you were here when the Russians dropped a bomb on our servers in Kiev. WE'RE BACK IN ACTION BABY!
Make sure to report comments that're overboard or sus.

First of all solidarity with the regular Ukrainians who will have their lives fucked up by this conflict, but god I hope this finally ends the era of left-ish people posting about Putin being an epic anti-imperialist or owning Nazi Ukraine.
Same. People don’t really seem to get what critical support means.
Shouldnt support Russia at all its a capitalist state. Opposing further Western intervention in the conflict is more than enough.
bingo. look up your local anti-war group and join a protest against any escalation of conflict

No, seriously, congratulations. I could visualize your neurons dying as you typed "uhm actually leftists should've sent weapons to Saddam Hussein"

How do you explain this concept to people who are conservative? Do you try to tell them that the US shouldn’t be involved? That it was our fault for arming Nazis there and using an irrelevant nato to posture against Russia even though they are not the the USSR anymore?
I have some conservative national guard douches in my fire academy class and need to be prepared for when I go to class.
Chuds will always support intervention that's kind of a lost cause. If they bother you about it just cite the long list of disasters which US involvement in foreign wars creates.
Oh man. Where do I even begin? I need to read up more on our interventions in Latin and South America to just name drop them over and over.
doing yugoslavia 2.0, now with slavs I think firmly transfers to critical dislike lol
Remains to be seen if Russia is going to bomb all of Ukraine's infrastructure... I really hope they don't, and I doubt they will.
I had been seeing a few "Putin is so cool" posts around here and I was feeling like I was losing my mind. Like, this is the same guy who was Yeltsin's successor, who is taking advantage of the capitalist plundering of the former ussr. Being antagonistic to the US does not make you automatically right.
Fully agree. Especially baffled at the notion that Russia is motivated by or is going to help with Ukraine's Nazi problem.
