Got a solid 20 minutes of rowing in this morning, abs are sore but I'm feeling good!
the last two days ive been like, "I'm gonna start this too" but haven't yet. tomorrow for sure!!
You don't have to jump right to a hard 30 minutes a day! Even 5, 10, 15 minutes is better than nothing! Just get moving and keep at it each day!
I get off work so late tonight but I’ll be in the post tomorrow talking about how I went running or I’m a lib!

I've moved to 3-4 lifting sessions a week myself, since I'm trying to grow my legs and ass due to transition reasons. But I kinda miss the daily workout sessions
well aktually I'm rowing so I'll keep pulling!
