        I had an Argentine Spanish language teacher in school. She had one of those gourds around all the time. We were really curious about them so she brought some from home for us. Loved it, I should get back into that gourd tea with the metal straw...

        is that what that is? i thought maybe it was for smoking weed. no i don't do drugs and im also not from south america

          Yeah. It's a hollowed out gourd filled with tea leaves. You keep it topped off with hot water and drink the tea through a filtered straw.
