The CIA is overseeing a secret training program in the U.S. for elite Ukrainian special operations forces and other intelligence personnel.

Obama started the program, trump expanded it, and Biden expanded it further.

    The RWN on Ukraine invasion, Ames mentions that the latest head of CIA, appointed 2021, is [Bill Burns](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_J.Burns(diplomat), who was the diplomat to Russia under Bush II, and according to Ames was actually pretty decent at reading/understanding Russia (according to Ames, again)

    I saw this article, then heard him say this, and was reminded of it. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was literal CIA intent to provoke visible Russian military involvement (and not in a vaguely antagonistic sense where the US constantly pisses nations off; specific shit designed to go above and beyond)
