My dentist recommended an electric toothbrush and gave me a coupon for it. I reluctantly agreed, stuck in their sphere now but.... it does work pretty well. If you hate flossing I recommend one and focus on your gums, keeps em pink.

I like the ones with the little "polishing" bit in the middle. Basically some plastic, feels good on the gums.
