A few seconds in the camera pulls away from the building entirely. I have removed these frames since there is nothing to see, and I wanted to make the stabilized footage "feel" more seamless. However, in the interests of keeping everything honest, the second link contains a version with the missing frames. I stabilized this by hand in software rather than with a AI such as the "stabilizer bot" on reddit.
Going through this frame by frame I can say that I didn't spot anything unusual. But I did hear something unusual when I tried something else. I used https://vocalremover.org/ to "remove" the vocals, hoping to hear the explosion better, and any other non-human noises. Now the AI didn't do that good of a job of removing the vocals. The woman's scream can still be heard at its apex, for example. but if you listen to the version without vocals, you will notice something very odd. Around the time that the guy would have said "Oh my Lord", right as the word "Lord" would have been said, in the vocal-removed version you hear two "beeps". The show up very distinctly in the wave form of the audio. See this image.

I wonder what these beeps are? Perhaps they're just weird artifacts of the AI removing the vocals. I find them very odd, specifically their timing. With the guy yelling "oh my LORD" over the two beeps you can't hear them at all. Unlike the woman's scream, which makes it past the AI, the guy saying "oh my LORD" gets successfully removed, revealing these two strange beeps underneath. What could it mean? Probably nothing.

If you can post a spectrogram of the removed and nonremoved vocals, I can confirm whether those beeps existed in the original recording

Nice work. That's creepy. It's like an alarm going off to a synchronized event.
