I mean I am dark haired so it might be showing up more due to that, but man I feel like the March of time is unstoppable.

    Mood.

    It starts small - bags under your eyes no matter how well rested you are, grey hairs popping up here and there, strange aches that are more annoyance than pain. It's scary and takes time to accept. But by the time you do, more jarring signs of age have begun to set in and the cycle starts all over again.

    Aging is a constant body dysmorphia that affects everyone. Everyone who lives past 27 at least.

        I feel excercise has definitely helped me avoid some, but not all, of the creaks and pops I hear some of my friends complaining about. But just the fact that now my body needs to be maintained - whereas before I could trust it to do that for itself - is kind of startling for me.
