Eren just played the uno reverse on the planned genocide to kill literally everyone else on earth. Definitely not a proletarian revolution and is basically the same reactionary nonsense of how settlers conceive of decolonization/national liberation struggles. I think the author did a halfway decent job by showing how desperate was wren to find another way, and how much he's in anguish about it. Of course, he could've relied on his friends or something, but noooo genocide it is.
