Like the catch is it is a basically a netflix for games like, you don't own any the games you just have subscription that allow it play it, and that like means that ocassionally they might remove games but they also there is a really good library of games there, like there are 3 yakuzas in there, games are ocasionally there on launch like wasteland 3, so you are paying for a service not buy games and my understanding of how this works like as in being profitable is pure speculation but there is also a store in the game pass app you have to download so i think microsoft is actually trying to increase the userbase that has the store so that they can get a bigger share of the market and also the game pass is a subscription service so it is constant revenue, like i think it worth

I'll make sure to take advantage of it while its cheap then abandon it entirely in 1-2 years
