I was wondering the same thing. For a while I thought it might be like a tumor or something but I really can't tell.
Like I'm not trying to make fun of the dudes face but the shitty lighting and shitty angle paired with him being an absolute goomba make it hard.
Almost positive it's chew. The horror movie lighting + angle he's using would make anyone look goofy. You can dunk away on that, he put effort into cosplaying as a misogynist muppet.
