I've always said Disneyland workers could bring the company to its knees by just opening the gates and letting people into the park for free. Refuse to check for tickets, hand out free food, play dumb when the Anaheim police show up threatening to arrest them over it, etc.

Or better yet, they could just withhold the emotional labor part of their jobs. "Welcome to Disneyland, I live in a car." "Please keep your arms and legs in the vehicle, by the way I can't afford healthcare." "Make your way to the dead center of the room, especially if you're gay, cus this company will literally have you killed for a tax break." Etc etc
