We know people with bad intentions are watching this site. Stick with the same account for too long and you run the risk of revealing too much personal information about yourself. It is a good practice to swap out accounts regularly to keep your identity safe.

      i mean this happened to a prominent user here and we had to restructure the way admins handled the site bc of it, certainly possible. I think the main thing is you should limit your communist shitposting to an account that isn't attached to anything else you do online.

        that particular admin had the worst fucking opsec it's possible to have

        their reddit account was heavily associated with their name here, which would be fine except they posted their (uncommon) name, family history, job, and worst of all they had an honest to god OFFICIAL family coat of arms, like registered and everything, and posted that

          I assume it was something that developed over time I had zomething similar with an old account that I used before I became a socialist, which I dumped near when the old sub got banned.

          But yea all the more reason to keep your communist posting pn a dedicated account
