I think it started as a copypasta to chastise vaush posting. Like it was a line of "something about vaush" followed by a line of "bonk, you have been hit with a funny clown hammer" that was a link to that picture, and this pattern repeated several times except one of the links was to sandy cheeks cock vore instead.
