Personally, I report them as soon as I get the chance and target them in multiplayer games, even if that means throwing.

I know mods won't do much in games where the issue is a coded thing like 1488 or HH, but I can sometimes derive pleasure for calling them a piece of shit and making a good time out of giving them a bad time.

Is there anything better/more to do?

    Good to know. Somebody had a battle tag with Hitler on it. We beat their team, and now I wish I'd said 'no wonder you lost - Hitler was busy shooting himself.' maybe next time.

      in french and german, this is known as a "staircase joke" - a good pun you only come up with after you've just left a party and are on the staircase leading to the exit.
