So I started off by getting a gfuel starter kit as a meme for my twitch stream to farm content (as you do), but after having it for a few days, I noticed it was legitimately helping me get through my 12 hour shifts, way better than energy drinks or coffee did. I've also convinced myself that since it's more sustainable than individually packaged energy drinks that I have made a good and stable decision in my life. I don't wanna live this way, someone help me.

It's too late for this one. If we let him continue, the next thing we know he'll be 360 no-scoping at MLG 2011. Better take him out back.

If you're using that many stimulants to get through the day, consider checking out /r/ADHD. Self-medication with coffee and evergy drinks seems somewhat common for the undiagnosed.

I've never considered myself having Adhd or anything similar, (though to be fair a good amount of my friends who do have adhd are completely addicted to red bull) and honestly never even drank caffeinated drinks outside of the occasional cup of coffee with breakfast or a nice cup of tea at night, but that is a very good suggestion.

I never did for years. What got me was a comment in a thread about things you thought were normal. Apparently, the music that constantly plays in your head at all times is not normal. Then, I found the subreddit and there were too many of those moments to ignore.

First it starts with this, then you start sounding yourself "as a meme" to farm content

    Anwyay

Cup of coffee: 80-120 mg -- Cup of black tea: 40-50 mg

Inexpensive alternative: buy a box of simple black tea, place four-five teabags in your usual amount of water, transfer to your flask, there you go

Add/subtract teabags based on need for speed

I do love drinking tea and coffee, but I just find that they never give me the same energy that artificial drinks do... I really love Herba Mate, but that stuff is like, 4 dollars a can, and gfuel comes out to less than a dollar per serving which is way more in my price range.

        https://www.amazon.com/Tetley-Black-Classic-Bags-Pack/dp/B001E5E2MW/ref=sr_1_5?crid=32WKF7A007J94&dchild=1&keywords=tetley+tea&qid=1598793834&sprefix=tetl%2Caps%2C269&sr=8-5

        600 teabags

5 teabags per drink = 120 drinks = 225 mg caffeine per drink

Okay I don't know what gfuel is to be clear 🤷 but Google "military energy gum," it's what I used for caffeine in college. It's very cost effective and because it's absorbed sublingually, you feel the effects of the caffeine in literally one to two minutes. I used it in lectures and also for nights out when anyone would start to get tired too early. Beware though, I have converted multiple people to buying cases of this shit. It's drugs.

Gfuel is basically a shitty chud (Pewdiepie sponsor among others) super caffeinated Kool-Aid. I don't mind it being addictive tho haha, frankly I've come to terms that I'll just have a caffeine addiction for the next four years till I'm out of college

Nah, it does have a fuckton of artificial sweeteners to hide the bitterness of the caffeine but overall it's just gum. I used it about daily for three years (before I quit caffeine completely) and my dental health is great.
