the ui is still vanilla so i assume what happened is that the person who took the screenshot has a mod that allows renaming factions and renamed the axis to NATO.
It's just a grand strategy game about WW2. Accuracy is shuffled aside for balancing reasons, but there are fun alt-history scenarios that you can do with leftists. Also you kinda have to do the purges as Stalin or else Trotsky will come back and start a civil war so there's that lol.
