It passed their state senate 26-5. It has to go back to the house for final approval, which basically feels inevitable.

    My heart breaks for these kids. My heart breaks for all the trans folks just trying to live as themselves and being beaten down for it. Every day it seems to get worse.
    Stand up for your trans friends, even when they're not around. It's getting really bad out there.
    Also to all my trans comrades who might read this: you matter, and deserve support and care. You are not alone in the world, no matter how much the bigots out there try to insist you are. You have a place in the world as yourself, and deserve to be the person you really are. :trans-heart:
