They were in the middle of a wave almost 100x worse by transmission than they had had in the pandemic so far. They had kept the virus under control for most of the pandemic, but then they lost it. And yet, they turned it around, and had one of the only cases of a major wave where the recovery was faster than the rise, at least as far as I've seen. Any information that gives context since the beginning of 2022 would also be helpful.
