I think it's the other way around but there's really no way of knowing for sure. It's just my hunch.
Alex appeared in the late 90s just as conspiracy radio stars were taking off and starting to peel back the lies behind the OKC bombing and other black ops. I think the CIA wanted to get ahead of the curve with a plant of their own to control the opposition. Like I said, it's just a hunch; I could be wrong.
