Robert Pierre was a radical centrist who executed to his left as often as to his right. But killing a king instantly puts him in problematic fave category 🤷🏻♀️
I mean it was more like 1 to 4 with left vs right executions. I mean Stalin executed quite a lot of genuine leftists, including those who in hindsight probably would have stuck by him if not slandered by the NKVD. Robespierre killing the Herbertists to me in like the very disappointing cases on Stalin's hands. Though Stalin was considerably more based and did so much more good with the power he ensured via purges
